Eagle Medical Staffing began as a provider of nursing care primarily in Nursing Homes and Assisted Care Facilities, but non medical in home care giving was our objective from the outset. I had personally come from a background with GE Financial Services, where I received extensive training and orientation in the area of Long Term Care.
My wife saw two of her grandparents experience the need for care and the emotional toll it took on her family. We now have older parents and we know the concerns and anxieties that they face with the thought of not having control over their future, or losing their independence. My desire is to provide an option of care that would unburden families while helping every individual maintain his or her dignity in familiar surroundings of their own home. We believe in the self-respect of every individual, especially in the latter, more vulnerable years of their lives and we will always endeavor to assist them in living in a healthy, uplifting environment.
Not everyone can remain in their own home when they become unable to perform all the activities of daily living, but for those who can, and choose to do so we are committed to providing home care for them in the most respectful, affirmative manner possible.
That is our commitment to you and your loved one
Sincerely,
